GREG HARRIS
Founder
Greg Harris is the founder of The Harris Group, a consulting firm focused on the dental industry. Harris has consulted leading dental manufacturers and innovators for three decades and is passionate about helping startups build winning teams and uniquely innovative products. He has always been at the cutting edge of technology and has gained the experience that every startup wants and needs as they make their way toward profitable commercialization.
Having spent most of his career in dental technology and clinical dentistry, Harris also has extensive contacts with key manufacturers in the industry. Recently, working with a large DSO, Harris has been instrumental in the implementation of the complete digital workflow surrounding dentures, and utilizing IOS combined with both 3D printing and milling.
He has a strong foundation in sales and marketing combined with intimate clinical experience, especially concerning implant placement and restorations.
SIMON GHOSH
Partner
Simon Ghosh is a Partner at The Harris Group, specializing in business development and strategic consulting for dental and medical companies. With over 25 years of industry experience, Ghosh focuses on helping international companies enter the North American market and US companies expand globally.

Ghosh draws on deep expertise in digital technology and workflow optimization, advising DSOs and large specialty practices on implementing solutions that drive performance. His approach centers on leveraging a global network of innovation to find optimal results for clients, with particular focus on patient digitization and AI analytics.

Prior to joining The Harris Group, Ghosh spent eight years at Cadent Inc. and Align Technology, where he helped build the iTero digital scanning platform from regional launch to global expansion. He progressed from Regional Director to Vice President of Sales and Business Development, playing a key role in the company's $191 million acquisition by Align Technology. Earlier, he held sales and marketing leadership positions at Nobel Biocare, where he launched the Procera brand into North America.

Ghosh currently serves on three boards and has advised companies ranging from startups to mid-market organizations, DSOs, manufacturers and laboratories. Most recently focusing on the DSO M&A with Private Equity. He holds a diploma in Dental Technology from George Brown College and studied Business Management and Psychology at the University of Windsor.
